Born in New York City and now returning to Philippine soil, Tadhana is a contemporary fine-dining experience that honors the depth, diversity, and storytelling power of Filipino cuisine. Through a meticulously crafted multi-course tasting menu, we trace the archipelago's rich culinary heritage — from the vinegars of Ilocos to the fragrant coconuts of the Visayas — reinterpreted with a modern, ingredient-forward lens.
